1 Corinthians 12:4-7 – “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.”

You are a gifted person. This is not just positive thinking mumbo-jumbo, but it is indeed God’s word to you. You are made in God’s image and as God’s Spirit is present, God has gifted you for a positive ministry to others within your life and world. “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” God desires to be at work within and through you! The church is a place where you can fulfill God’s will and desire for your life.

As you consider the ministries within our church you may want to consider what your ministry is and if you belong within the work we are doing. Of course it might be your calling is to create a new ministry or service within our midst.
